Diego Correa Perry
He concentrates his practice on corporate matters, natural resources, and real estate. He has participated in various purchase and sale operations of companies and assets, in project financing, and in debt issuance in Chile and abroad. He advises clients on transactions of diverse complexity and in their day-to-day businesses.
